After touring in the streets of Liliw, it would be relaxing to have a break first from our activities and the city scene then take a walk in the very serene Liliw Resort. We entered the small entrance of the resort and did not pay anything. There was a sign that shows the prices but maybe they just make the people pay sometimes, about P50 for adults and children, or only when people would rent cottages. When we entered, we walked the stone trail that is filled with many Chrysanthemums and tall trees on the sides. It felt like taking a trip to a rain forest where everything is natural and there was fresh air. At the end of the trail, we walked a little more and then saw the beautiful waters of the Liliw Resort. I think it was a portion of a long river or spring in Laguna that has a lot of mini waterfalls and large rocks.
It was so wonderful. In the resort, people can bring their families and friends along with them to swim there. Also, there are grilling areas, tables and cottages that the people visiting there could rent. The people swimming there were all having fun especially the children.
It was great having a nature trip especially after the tiring afternoon. Seeing the wonderful nature view and hearing the gushing of the cool waters was really very soothing.
