Mornings at Casa San Pablo

Day two at Casa San Pablo marked another day for our Laguna road trip. But, before we head further south, we made sure to check out the remaining sights and to-do’s at the Casa. Mornings at Casa San Pablo is superbly pleasant and breathtaking. We first enjoyed a stroll in their spacious lawns and then happily conversed about the day’s plan while comfortably lying at the hammock. Before the sunlight come to its fullest intensity, we decided to take a dip on the pool. Casa San Pablo actually have two pools in the area and they also have several spacious pavilions that can accommodate larger groups. Outdoor activities like frisbee and other sports, group dynamics on woven mats (banig), karaoke and billiards can also be held while still keeping the intimate aura of the place.

Our Casa San Pablo experience wouldn’t be complete without dining on site. After exploring the entire place, packing our stuff and finally getting a fresh cold shower, our group headed to the dining area. The mellow mix of tunes glorified the mood for the day and as we lined up for the much awaited buffet breakfast, we were served with mouthwatering Filipino dishes such as danggit (crispy salted fish) and sinangag (fried rice), among others. Not to mention the soothing aroma of authentic hot chocolate, breakfast at Casa San Pablo was certainly the best head start for our big day ahead!
